Starting out at University can be a time filled with excitement and dreams of the possibilities of what the future might hold. However, it can also be a time of apprehension and anxiety. So my hope in writing these books is that they will help you to navigate a more enjoyable route on your university journey.


During my experiences of helping students transition into, and through, University life, I have identified several ways to help students plan and manage their university experience. I have packed as many of these tips and tricks as possible into my books, in the hope they will help you to study smarter, stay healthy and enjoy your university experience to the full but not take too much of your time to read.


Hopefully, my books and digital publications will help you to organise your time, money, studies, and personal life, more effectively, while keeping a focus on your health and wellbeing. Which means you too will be able to identify the correct routes for getting the help you need, when you need it and get the most from your university experience and beyond.
